• Create an international database of house names, their meaning and backgrounds,
• Establish house names as a recognised and accepted part of our national and international heritage,
• Establish a self-funding means of recording this heritage for the benefit of future generations,
• Establish a means by which recorded named houses can be identified and their details made accessible without infringing any data protection regulations, or going against the wishes of the householder, and
